I like the recurring colour scheme it is eye catching and compliments the cover star, the overall layout is also goo, the skyline, puff and cover lines are also great for following conventional magazine features. One tip I would have would be to use the colours in the lettering consistently, either make the whole word red or keep the whole word white, it makes it look more proffesional
